  • Practical Perfection

A unique and very practical aspect of this estate home set into a hillside in Wildwood in the Estates at Autumn Farms is the dual entries under this large front porch.  The first is the formal front entry, and the latter is a more relaxed family entry into an over-sized laundry/mud room complete with cubbies and hooks for kid’s stuff.

  • Masculine Executive Study

It’s all in the details in this 7853 sq. ft. trophy home in Sunset Hills. The executive study/library boasts masculinity with copious amounts of deep, rich cherry wood featured in the custom bookcases, inset paneled walls and box beam ceiling with crowns.

  • Green Living in Style

Once our display home in Chateau de Parc, this home showcases Ameren’s Green Key Initiative.  Four geo-thermal heat pumps, added insulation, and home automation make this home a treasure. The unique architecture features octagonal edges as you traverse the bend of the road creating a seamless view of both the side and front of the home.

  • Open Study in a Smart Home

Arches and columns flank this open, airy study in Chateau de Parc. On the other side, a matching open dining room invites you to come in and stay a while. Home automation that enables the owners to pre-program home systems for entertaining that turn on all specialty niches and cabinets; night time mode that programs zoned temperatures & motions sensors tied to the hallway from kids’ rooms to the parents; away mode that programs lights to randomly turn on/off in various rooms, at various times, and the every day convenience of motion sensors on all bathrooms, walk-in closets, and kitchen pantry, offer security and energy conservation at its highest.

  • A Modern twist on a Middle Age Tradition

In the Middle Ages and renaissance, a rich tapestry panel woven with symbolic emblems, mottoes, or coats of arms was hung behind and over a throne as a symbol of authority. This specialty niche was custom-created for this home owner’s treasured tapestry. Two wall sconces that match the chandelier stand guard over this priceless work of art.

  • A Work of Art

This stately great room features a custom stone fireplace, coffered ceilings with accent lighting, multi-member crown molding and elegant window grilles making it a true work of art, while also inviting you to cozy up and stay a while.

  • Stone Wall Feature

The natural 15’ tall wall in the great room features dry stacked stone and floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Rich cherry hardwood floors and a gas fireplace add warmth.

  • Green Living with a Gourmet Kitchen

This home, built for an avid culinarian, features a gourmet kitchen with wood floors and ceilings, commercial range, and an oversized custom exhaust hood.  A green house adjacent to the lower level allows them to grow fresh ingredients they use in their recipes, and a screened-in porch allows them to enjoy nature at its finest.

  • Modern Kitchen with Sleek Lines

Sleek lines and contrasting colors combine with stone and metal to create a seamless transition from kitchen to breakfast in this contemporary home built into the bluffs overlooking the Meramec River.

  • Inviting Kitchen & Breakfast Nook

Warm and cozy, this couple invites you in to enjoy life with them using wood ceilings and floors mixed with natural granite. The octagonal breakfast room looks out over the wooded landscape while flooding the room with natural sunlight.

  • Sculptor’s Home Showcase

Located in Chateau de Parc in Fenton, MO, this exquisite contemporary home was built for a metal sculptor and his wife. It features crisp lines and an open air feel. The design of the home creates opportunities for the sculptor to display his many works of art.

  • Outdoor Living in Style

The hot tub and pool are the focal points for this addition in Town & Country. The scope of our work included adding a family room, enlarged casual dining area, a very functional laundry room and veranda with fireplace and working shutters that adjust as weather dictates. Sounds from the waterfalls and the flickering flames of the fire pits add to the enjoyment of this inviting oasis.

  • A Piece of Paradise

The deck, built with tropical IPE hardwood, is a respite for the homeowners after a hectic day, to enjoy a little bit of “paradise.” Lazy paddle fans and an all-weather television are sheltered under partial cover while a corner fire pit built on top of a 20’ high masonry structure provides warmth and extends the use of this space through the seasons.

  • Storybook Home

Located in Paradise Valley, this residence is a “storybook” home nestled on a 3-acre wooded homesite that overlooks a small lake. Their second home they built with us, it is the result of several years of planning and revising the quest for a true custom home that would reflect the owner’s lives in a very personal way. The home combines timeless architectural features that exude comfortable luxury. The design details throughout the home unfold a personal story of the homeowner’s lives.

  • Old World Wine-Tasting Room

An old-world wine cellar- tasting room is part of the pool house for these wine enthusiasts in Sunset Hills.   The arched theme is repeated in the ceiling, door and stone wall (out of view) that flanks the custom 15-light entry doors to the climate controlled cellar housing over 2000 bottles of fine wine.

  • Stately Master Suite

The Master suite of this well-appointed chateau nestled in the countryside focuses on the view of nature from every window in the home. Sloping coffers with multiple-member crown add stately richness.
